Jumpstart Your December with 12 Days of Fitness at the YMCA
The holidays are fast approaching, but that doesn’t mean you have to put your health on hold. This December, we’re inviting you to join us for our 12 Days of Fitness challenge, a fun and motivating way to stay active during the holiday season. The goal is simple: complete 12 workouts at the YMCA in December, and you’ll be entered into a January drawing for a fantastic prize.
How It Works:
Register Onsite: Head over to the Welcome Center at your YMCA to sign up. Once you’re registered, you’ll receive a punch card to track your progress.
Choose Your Activity: Whether you’re lifting weights, walking laps, swimming, or enjoying a group exercise class, any YMCA workout counts toward your 12 days.
Get Your Card Punched: After each workout, show your punch card to a YMCA staff member, who will sign it to mark your completed day.
Who Can Join? The 12 Days of Fitness is open to members of all ages, making it perfect for individuals and families looking to stay active together.
